Why does adoption have to take so long?
Isn’t that the millionaire dollar question? Why so much red tape? Why does the journey have to take so long.
Perhaps there is something being developed in you (or those around you–spouse, children, parents, friends, community) in regards to adoption or a specific need of the child you will one day raise.

God knows what we need to experience before we adopt. He has perfect timing! It is just hard to wait because we don’t know the road ahead – we forget that there are lessons in the journey!
