Whirlpools and Waves: The Paper Pregnancy

sea, ocean, currents, waves, undertow, paper pregnancyAre you in the midst of whirlpools and waves? Sometimes a paper pregnancy can be as overwhelming as the sea.

This week’s Weekly Photo Challenge is Sea–and the emotions it brings to mind.

I know that during our long journey to our daughter, there were most definitely times of feeling caught in a whirlpool or undertow. There were times I felt like I was drowning and might not be able to come up for air.

One thing sustained me during our long wait — during our Nine Year Pregnancy was this:

The One who walked on water . . . calmed the sea!

Don’t give up! Keep on waiting! Keep on trusting! Keep on hoping! Keep on believing!
