- Seek God’s Face — Solitude time. Time away from all the noise of the world…people, internet, TV, etc. To listen for God’s
voice.
- Spend Time in God’s Word–meditate on Philippians 4:8 and Philippians 4:13 and Romans 8:1-2.
- Surround Yourself with Encouraging Words — through praise music and people who speak words of encouragement everywhere they go.
- Support Others — I find myself strengthened and encouraged and blessed when I spend time seeking out others going through difficult times in their lives whom I can encourage and bless.
